Lunch Break Ideas

If you feel like your work tasks are swirling around inside your skull, there’s a simple solution – take an actual lunch break. Get up from your desk, grab your lunch, and take it outside to eat in the sunshine. Taking the time away from the electronic stimulation of your computer can give your brain space to process what you need to do for the rest of the day. Also, taking the time to eat (and really taste) a good lunch can help you avoid the office snacking trap.

In the end, keeping your thoughts organized will help you have a better, more productive workday. And that’s much better than anything you might accomplish when you should have been having lunch.
