With a digital world becoming more fast-paced and advanced, sitting down and enjoying a book has become harder. With a busy schedule, we found that many adults made the resolution to finally make the time to read more.

If your goal for 2014 is to finally sit down and read that book you have been eyeing for a while, now is the time to make it happen.  Small things like making an appointment in your planner to visit a book store can help you finally pick up a book. You can also visit your local library, or even go digital and download. Today, there are many options that can help you get some reading time in.

  1. Libraries are a great resource. Many library systems allow you to search the catalog and request books online. Many also allow you to borrow audio books for download or on CD. Some have recommendations: from the NY Times best seller lists to lists created by librarians and library patrons.

  2. Thanks for the tips, this is one of my goals for 2014. Theses ideas will keep me motivated to trying different things to read more.
